CookRite ATFS-75 five burner commercial fryer, delivers consistent results throughout service and is designed to meet the demands of high-volume kitchens with efficiency and precision.

The ATFS-75 heats up quickly and 5 burners contribute to a quick recovery between use allowing chefs to maintain the required temperature and ensure seamless cooking throughout the day. The single 34-litre stainless steel oil tank incorporates a seated cooling zone which reduces residue and helps extend the lifespan and quality of the oil. Recommended for its high output performance Cookrite fryers are equipped with easy-to-use controls that ensure a stable temperature and precise control over the burners. The highest quality Robertshaw thermostats allows chefs to maintain the selected temperature with confidence.

Simplify your kitchen operations with the ATFS-75's easy-to-use and easy-to-clean design. Crafted from low-maintenance, seamless 304 stainless steel, the front door access and front-facing drain tap facilitate quick and convenient oil changes. The manual ignition with stable flame, cast iron tube burners and reliable standby pilots contribute to easy operation and rapid recovery. Measuring at 535mm wide and 765mm deep, the ATFS-75 is the perfect deep fryer for kitchens with limited space but high turnover.

Available in both natural gas or LPG versions it comes with dual baskets as standard, and for added convenience, it can accommodate three (3x) small baskets sold separately on request, SKU: 301100001.
