SuperFlake ice has a lot of uses, for the display of fresh fish and vegetables to cocktails and juice bars. Flake ice is also used in hospitals and rehabilitation. SuperFlake ice is extremely versatile, with just 15-18% residual water; it’s considered dryer than regular Flake ice, which has ~25% residual water
