The Atosa ESL3850 Salad Prep Fridge is a compact unit built to fit small spaces. Engineered with European components, featuring a dependable Aspera compressor and EBM fan motor it boasts a 43-degree ambient working temperature and is crafted for demanding hot kitchens in Australia's challenging climate. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the ESL3850 prioritises durability and hygiene. The lift-up lid enhances the convenience, while the compact stainless prep area provides a sturdy workspace for assembling salads and prep work.

Designed to accommodate GN pans, the fridge features 3 self-closing doors, providing easy access to your ingredients. The epoxy coated shelves and stainless steel rails help ensure organised storage. The fridge comes with 4 castors for easy mobility and front facing ventilation allows for positioning against a wall.

The refrigeration system employs a static cooling system. For optimal performance, the static cooling unit requires products to be refrigerated before display and the top lid needs to be closed to maintain the desired temperature. The manual defrosting mechanism requires regular defrosting for optimal temperature control (depending on humidity) and includes a self-evaporating drainage system.

The ESL3850 is capable of fitting 12 x 1/3 GN Pans, (100mm deep), offering ample space for your salad ingredients. Please note that GN pans and lids are not included.
