Featuring one the largest capacity salad bars in Australia these “Mega top” prep units can hold up to 18 x 1/6GN pans or customise with other sized pans up to 1/1GN to suit your requirements. Provides a comfortable height (H870mm) prep bench with a removable chopping board that’s easy to maintain and clean along with a spacious under-bench fridge that provides ample storage for fast access to top-up ingredients. Quality stainless steel interior and exterior. High-density insulation and convenient self-closing doors with a stay-open feature for loading.

Mega Top Prep Fridge - Atosa MSF8306GR

Purpose-built for efficient and easy preparation of sandwiches, kebabs, salads, and more. The 2-door, under-bench fridge uses a quiet, energy-efficient, fan-forced refrigeration system that is designed with the highest rated ambient operating temp (tropical) of 43ºC which is highly recommended for Australian kitchens. Solid doors offer exceptional insulation and use magnetic gaskets which not only ensure a firm seal they increase efficiency by keeping the cold in without the need for latches. The rounded corner design makes cleaning easy and shelves are included to accommodate standard GN pans, includes one epoxy coated wire shelf per door section. (extra shelves sold separately)
