Proving Drawers + Fridge:

EPF3490 includes seven ambient temperature dough proofing drawers for instant access to dough when needed. Paired with a single door under-bench fridge door that features magnetic gaskets to create a tight seal, effectively keeping heat, moisture, and dust out while keeping the cold in. The dual-action door mechanism allows for self-closing during normal use and stays open when pushed beyond 90 degrees, ensuring convenience for easy loading.

Versatile Configuration:

The internal rails of the EPF3490 fridge are designed to accommodate dough boxes measuring up to 40x60cm (shelves and dough boxes not included), providing flexibility in organising and storing pizza ingredients.
