Atosa ESL3853 – Open Top Saladette Prep Fridge 3 Door – 1365mm. With an inbuilt stainless covered saladette that holds 7 x 1/6 GN pans, it’s purpose-built for quick and easy preparation of sandwiches, pizzas, salads and more. The three-door under-bench fridge uses a quiet, very energy-efficient, static refrigeration system designed to operate in the most extreme kitchens. By using Aspara compressors they have the highest rated 43ÂşC ambient operating temp to handle Australian kitchens. The bottom mount and front-facing EBM fans provide free-flowing ventilation and allow the unit to be placed flat against the wall. 

Stainless steel doors with magnetic gaskets not only ensure a firm seal that keeps heat, moisture and dust out, but they also increase energy efficiency by keeping the cold in without the need for latches. The dual action self close during normal use or when pushed past 90 degrees stay open for easy loading. Shelf rails in the fridge are designed to perfectly accommodate standard 2/1 GN pans. Stainless steel finish inside and out makes them super easy to clean. Includes one epoxy coated wire shelf per section.
