The Salad bar uses air-over cooling for ingredients held in your choice of a variety of GN (Gastronorm pan) food storage containers

Efficient Design:

Dual-action doors self close or stay open when pused past 90°. Magnetic gaskets seal firmly to minimise energy consumption and maintain consistent temperatures. 

Versatile Storage:

The under-bench refrigerator includes adjustable shelves and can accommodate GN pans to provide a large space for backup ingredient storage.
