CookRite – Bench Mount Bain Maries

Simply fill the water bath and set the desired temperature between 30°C – 90°C on the mechanical dial to keep food gently warmed at the perfect serving temp throughout service. This bench mounted bain marie is available with or without the drain tap depending on your application. Drain tap is useful easy safe emptying of still hot water or for buffet style service where the unit needs to be moved soon after service. Bain maries are a useful part of most commercial kitchens as they not only make busy service times more streamlined they add a variety of great cooking techniques to a chefs repertoire. Makes easy work of sauces or desserts that need to be cooked by gentle warming to prevent splitting.

Suitable for use with 1/1 GN pans >150mm deep

For safe use of bain maries in food service, ensure food is cooked thoroughly & heated above 75°C before use.
