Electric salamander with movable radiant plate. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel with satinised finish. Heating elements made of Incoloy. Air vents along upper side for evacuating heat and smoke. Heating elements can be slid up and down along runners. A great addition to any commercial kitchen, they can be placed on a bench surface or wall mounted at eye level enabling close control of the cooking process. The Baron salamander grills facilitate rapid warm up times and the higher temperatures enable faster cooking and helping reduce prep time, which is always a benefit in professional kitchens during peak meal service times.
