With 18 mj burners featuring pilot, FFD, and piezo ignition, you can rest assured that this griddle will ignite reliably every time. The variable flame control valve provides ultimate control over the heat, while the low flame setting ensures delicate dishes are cooked to perfection. The 21mm thick mild steel griddle plate is designed for even heat distribution, and the top weld-sealed hotplate sections prevent any grease from spilling into hard-to-reach areas.

The CS-9P plate offers an impressive 900mm wide 0.48m2 cooking area, which is perfect for busy kitchens where speed and efficiency are essential. The 2mm 304 stainless steel splash guards and griddle oil bin make cleaning up after service a breeze.

Constructed with heavy-duty 1.2mm 304 stainless steel front hob, 0.9mm 304 stainless steel front and side panels, and a 1.2mm 304 stainless steel splashback, this griddle is built to last. The stainless steel legs have a 55mm height adjustment range, ensuring the perfect working height for your staff.

The LUUS 900MM Flat Plate Griddle is 900mm x 800mm x 1100mm H and weighs 115kg, making it a robust and reliable addition to your restaurant. The gas connection is 3/4” BSP male, and the griddle is supplied with a gas regulator (specify Nat or LP on order).

Cleaning and servicing are effortless with easy access to all parts and components from the front.
