SIMCO HOOD – Ductless Exhaust Canopy System

Simco Hood ductless exhaust hood systems are a powerful self-contained canopy that will remove steam, smoke, fumes and airborne particles from any commercial restaurant kitchen. Ideal for use in buildings where installation of exhaust ducts and vents is not permitted or not possible. The spacious 750mm or 850mm deep appliance bench sits at about 620mm high for comfortable use and can be loaded up with any array of electric cooktops you need, holding 3-4 different appliances, burners, grills or griddles. The powerful 334W motor can draw in around 400 – 500 litres per second yet is quiet enough to be comfortably used in open kitchens or takeaway restaurants. It has inbuilt LED lights on the shielded top edge which helps prevent unwanted eye glare to chefs and provides great illumination without shadows and without the need to add supplemental ceiling lighting. Fitted with easy-to-clean and replace honeycomb filters, polyester filters and carbon filters. They work to not only help clean air of contaminants they help remove smells to prevent odour build-up in your premises. Finished in hard-wearing easy to clean 304 stainless steel.  

Please Note : Gas or charcoal appliances are not suitable for use with commercial ductless canopies.

• Fitted with standard, easy to clean removable honeycomb grease filters 380mm x 455mm
• Fitted with polyester contaminant filter – requires changeover every 3-4 months
• Fitted with a fine carbon odour filter – requires changeover every 12 months
