In Combi Wave mode, the Oracle functions as:

• Convection Oven: Temperatures ranging from 30°C to 300°C.
• Microwave Oven: Power up to 2000W.
• Combination Oven: A blend of both methods.

This flexibility ensures exceptional cooking results, whether you're baking delicate pastries or quickly reheating dishes. During service, it transforms into a high-speed oven, delivering perfectly cooked dishes in seconds. The Twin Microwave Diffusers, developed by Lainox, eliminate moving parts and ensure even microwave distribution, enhancing reliability and cooking consistency.

High-Speed Cooking Performance

When in High-Speed Oven mode, the Oracle utilises:

• Convection
• Microwave
• Air Impingement Technology: Jets of hot air blast over food, allowing temperatures from 100°C to 300°C.

When all is combined this Fast Cooking System is ten times faster than a standard convection oven, making it the only choice for high-demand kitchens

Compact and Efficient Design

Measuring just 55 cm deep and 60 cm wide, the Oracle’s compact design fits into any kitchen layout, suitable for placement behind counters or on service benches without requiring water supply connections. Its stackable design doubles your cooking capacity in the same compact space.

Easy Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning the Oracle is a breeze with the Oracle Washable Box, featuring a removable and Teflon oven chamber. The OWB system by Lainox keeps the oven chamber clean with minimal maintenance. The Oracle doesn’t require an extraction hood system, thanks to the Oracle Odorless System (OOS), which uses a labyrinth baffle catalyst filter with platinum particles to reduce steam, odors, and grease residue. The inbuilt extraction vents, equipped with stainless steel micro-stretched mesh filters, are easily removable and dishwasher safe.

Connectivity and Customisation

The Oracle features a USB connection for importing and exporting HACCP data and recipes. It also connects to Lainox's Nabook portal via Wi-Fi and Ethernet, providing access to the free virtual assistant, Nabook plus. This ensures convenient management and support, offering automatic, tried-and-tested recipes for quick and efficient cooking. You can even share recipes globally, regardless of whether the recipient owns an Oracle High-Speed Oven.
