Model FPE-25 - Professional Electric Confectioners Fryer. 24L Tank with optimum width and depth for frying donuts, pastry, sweets, fish and chicken/schnitzel etc. includes basket and lid. Double Thermostat for operating and overheat safety. Front oil drain.
Maintenance - Resistance box easy to be removed for a total cleaning
