Construction

The Luus 3 Pot Soup Cooker features a sturdy 0.9mm 304 stainless steel door, front and side panels, and splashback. It also includes a welded 1.2mm 304 stainless steel front hob and fiberfrax Durablanket insulation on both sides of the tank. The soup cooker also comes with stainless steel legs with an adjustable range of 55mm.

Dimensions

This soup cooker has a height of 1100mm, a width of 800mm, and a depth of 450mm. The working height of the soup cooker is 900mm and it weighs 74kg. When packed, the dimensions are 640mm x 860mm x 1260mm H and the packed weight is 94kg.

Connections

The Luus soup cooker comes with a gas connection of 3/4” BSP male, with the gas inlet positioned 180mm from the right, 70mm from the rear, and 150mm from the floor. It also includes a water inlet of 1/2” copper tube, with the inlet positioned 60mm from the left, 70mm from the rear, and 80mm from the floor. The drain is a 1” BSP male and is located 225mm from the left, 210mm from the front, and 220mm from the floor. The soup cooker is supplied with a gas regulator, which can be specified as natural or LP on order.
