Featuring two powerful nickel-plated cast iron burners with a flame failure device and variable flame control valve, as well as heavy-duty cast iron trivets and 304 stainless steel spillage bowls, this unit delivers exceptional heat control and precision for any cooking task.

The oven is equipped with a 29mj oven burner with a mild steel sole plate, 100-340°C thermostat control, and vitreous enamel 1.5mm internal oven door/wall lining. The fibertex rockwool insulation in the oven walls & doors keeps the heat in while the French (swing) doors provide easy oven access.

The griddle/hotplate features 18 mj burners with pilot, FFD and piezo ignition, and a 21mm thick mild steel griddle plate. The RS-6P plate is 590mm x 540mm, while the RS-2B3P plate is 290mm x 540mm. Both plates are equipped with 2mm 304 stainless steel splash guards. The Chargrill/Barbecue section boasts 33 mj burners with pilot, FFD and piezo ignition, and a cast-iron radiant hood system (ceramic rocks optional).

Heavy-duty construction, including welded 1.2mm 304 stainless steel front hob, 0.9mm 304 stainless steel front, side & door panels, and splashback, this unit is built to last. It also includes stainless steel feet with a 55mm height adjustment range and a secondary catchment tray.
