Simco Hood SH series hood canopies. Full-length canopy that will remove steam, smoke, fumes, and airborne particles from commercial restaurant kitchens. It has inbuilt LEDs with vapour-proof toughened glass covers which provide bright illumination to your cooking surface without shadows and without the need to add supplemental ceiling lighting. The tapered plenum design creates a higher front which not only helps create even suction across the full width, it allows for quieter operation and reduces grease build-up

Fitted with easy-to-clean and replace honeycomb filters and grease drip tray. Finished in hard-wearing stainless steel.

Please Note: Exhaust canopies supplied through Kitchen Setup do not include fans, compressors, ducting or installation. As every location and installation is different, these components and the output of the cooking appliances needs to be considered by a mechanical engineer so the required airflow can be calculated to ensure compliance with Australian regulations. The required size for exhaust hoods should include a 150mm overhang from the appliances on all sides.  Please ensure you let any installer know the types of appliances intended to be used or if appliances change after the canopy installation. The size, type and output of the appliances may affect the size of compressors and fans needed. ie. Charcoal grill will require greater airflow than a gas grill, a gas grill will require greater airflow than an electric grill.
