Atosa Marble Top Pizza Prep Tables have a heavy duty, solid marble bench area that’s ideal for quick and easy pizza preparation. The inbuilt saladette on this unit can hold 7 x 1/3 GN pans and has a (removable) glass cover making it ideal for front of house use. The three stainless steel doors gives plenty of space for dough and commonly used ingredients. Fitted with quality Aspara compressors and EBM fans they are not only quiet and very energy efficient, they have the highest rated 43ÂşC ambient operating temp which is highly recommended for Australian kitchens. Front facing ventilation allows it to be positioned flat against the wall for maximum space saving.

Stainless steel doors offer exceptional insulation. With magnetic gaskets which not only ensures a firm seal that keeps heat, moisture and dust out, they increase energy efficiency by keeping the cold in without the need for latches. Saving money and making them effortless to use. Their dual action will be appreciated by chefs as they are designed to self close during normal use or when pushed past 90 degrees stay open which is great for easy loading. Shelf rails are designed to perfectly accommodate standard GN pans. Stainless steel finish inside and out makes them super easy to clean. Includes one epoxy coated wire shelf per section.
