Split cabinets with dual compressors & controllers ensure reliable accurate tempreture adjustment. This is a quality self contained, fan forced refrigeration system designed to operate in Australia’s most extreme kitchens.

The dual action doors will be appreciated by chefs as they are designed to self close during normal use, or when pushed past 90 degrees will stay open which is great for easy loading. Epoxy coated wire shelves included, designed to perfectly accommodate standard GN pans. Solid stainless doors provide great insulation and have a minimal style that will look great in any commercial kitchen. The stainless steel finish inside and out also makes them super easy to clean.
