Full-length salad bar / saladette with a single stainless lid, two self-closing doors with recessed handles. Easy to clean, 900 x 436mm prep bench area, stainless steel interior, and exterior.

Atosa Saladette Prep Tables represent great value for the features and quality they offer. With an inbuilt stainless covered saladette that holds 5 x 1/6 GN pans, it’s purpose built for quick and easy preparation of sandwiches, pizzas, salads and more. The two door under bench fridge uses a quiet, very energy efficient, static refrigeration system designed to operate in the most extreme kitchens. By using industry leading Embarco compressors they have the highest rated 43ºC ambient operating temp which is highly recommended for Australian kitchens. Bottom mount and front facing EBM fans provide free flowing ventilation which allows the unit to be situated flat against the wall.

Stainless steel doors offer exceptional insulation. With magnetic gaskets which not only ensures a firm seal that keeps heat, moisture and dust out, they increase energy efficiency by keeping the cold in without the need for latches. Saving money and making them effortless to use. Their dual action will be appreciated by chefs as they are designed to self close during normal use or when pushed past 90 degrees stay open which is great for easy loading. Shelf rails are designed to perfectly accommodate standard GN pans. Stainless steel finish inside and out makes them super easy to clean. Includes one epoxy coated wire shelf per section.
