The Atosa Marble Top Pizza Prep Fridge EPF3485 is the perfect refrigeration system for any restaurant kitchen looking to enhance efficiency and improve the speed of production. This prep table features a heavy-duty, solid marble bench area that’s perfect for quick and easy pizza preparation, allowing chefs to work with ease and speed.

The EPF3485 prep fridge is equipped with three extra-wide stainless steel doors that provide ample space for commonly used ingredients. The doors are designed with magnetic gaskets that ensure a firm seal, keeping heat, moisture, and dust out while increasing energy efficiency by keeping the cold in without the need for latches. The doors are also designed to self-close during normal use or when pushed past 90 degrees and they stay open for easy loading.

The Atosa EPF3485 Marble Pizza Prep Fridge is designed to accommodate 40x60cm dough boxes (not included), with rails that provide flexibility for storage and organisation. The fridge also features a stainless steel finish inside and out, making it easy to clean and maintain.

The EPF3485 uses Aspera compressors and EBM fans, which are not only quiet and energy-efficient, but also have the highest rated 43ºC ambient operating temperature for Australian kitchens. This makes it an ideal refrigeration system for hot and humid kitchen environments.
