The Luus Duck Roaster features a high-temperature cut-off safety feature that ensures the unit stays within safe operating limits. It also comes with a waste release ball valve and an overflow pipe built into the bottom of the unit for easy cleaning and maintenance. Built to withstand the rigors of high-volume roasting, the Luus Duck Roaster boasts a heavy-duty four-piece assembly. The lid and panels are made from 1.2mm 201 stainless steel, while the unit is assembled with fixed position legs. The zinc-aluminium alloy burner handle adds to the durability of the roaster.

With its user-friendly design, the Luus Duck Roaster is easy to use and maintain. It has a drain outlet with a 1” BSP female connection, located 180mm from the left, 400mm from the front, and 180mm off the floor. The gas connection is 3/4” BSP male, located 220mm from the left, 50mm from the front, and 200mm from the floor. It also comes supplied with a gas regulator (specify Nat or LP on order).
