ELECTRIC BRATT PAN MOTORISED TILTING 80 LT - DUPLEX TANK

The tilting bratt pan are widely used in cooking stews, sauces, Bolognese sauce, risotto, omelettes, poached eggs and vegetables, cooking with a drop of oil. Tanks available in compound or with iron bottom, manual or with motorized lifting, 80 or 120 litre capacity.

*Note: Baron Electric Bratt pans are 3-phase units that require installation by a licenced electrician. 3-phase units are usually hardwired into the premises with cabling to suit the site. A ~2m lead can be attached prior to delivery upon request at an additional cost (~$200). The 3-phase plug will still need to be attached on-site and signed off by a licenced electrician.
