Each refrigerated drawer holds 15 x 1/6 GN or can be arranged to hold any combination of standard-size GN pans. No tool drawer removal. The magnetic drawer gasket is easily removable for easy cleaning and maintenance. Recessed door handles. Pre-installed castors with brakes included for added mobility. Designed with highest quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The cabinet top is one piece, heavy duty reinforced stainless steel to support countertop equipment. Gravity-fed self-closing drawers. Purpose-built to hold a variety of countertop cooking appliances. The refrigeration system uses a quiet, very energy-efficient Embarco compressor designed to operate in the most extreme kitchens and has the highest rated 43ºC ambient operating temp which is highly recommended for Australian kitchens.
