Each refrigerated drawer holds 15 x 1/6 GN and can be arranged to hold a combination of standard size GN pans. With a heavy duty reinforced stainless steel top it’s purpose built to hold your choice of counter top appliances. The fan forced refrigeration system uses a quiet, very energy efficient Italian made Embarco compressor and EDM fans which are designed to operate in the most extreme kitchens and have the highest rated 43ºC ambient operating temp which is highly recommended for Australian kitchens.

Stainless steel, gravity closing drawers will be appreciated by chefs as they self close and are designed to perfectly accommodate standard GN pans. Magnetic gaskets not only ensures a firm seal that keeps heat, moisture and dust out, they increase energy efficiency by keeping the cold in without the need for latches.
